About

About me

As a life long athlete and fitness enthusiast I genuinely enjoy teaching and coaching people through their own unique journey. Whether it is managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or just maintaining function and preventing injury; your body and mind are unique and your treatment should be tailored accordingly. Over the years I have developed a passion for working with patients with pelvic health and orthopedic issues including athletes and complex cases. I believe it is important that you, as the patient, are an active participant in your treatment plan. My interest in the pelvic health space started my last year of Physical Therapy school at New York Medical College during a clinical rotation. Over the years I have gained significant experience within in the pelvic health field completing several continuing education courses focusing on manual therapies, visceral mobilization and sports performance. In 2020 I obtained my Pelvic Health Rehabilitation Practitioner Certificate from Herman & Wallace. I love working with athletes of all levels and developed a particular interest in postpartum return to running and return to sport, whatever that may be.
